Our Assist Personal Activities include providing support that will make your life comfortable and easy. Our team of professionals are well trained and will support you in daily living. The program aims to assist with, and/or supervising, personal tasks of daily life to develop skills of the participant to live as autonomously as possible.

Assistance with life stages and transition, including Support Coordination. This involves strengthening a client’s abilities to coordinate their support and participate in the community.
